TCP CODE 2024-25 REVIEW
Stage 4: Submission to the ACMA

Between February and May 2025, the TCP Code Drafting Committee (DC) comprehensively reviewed and considered numerous inputs provided on the draft TCP Code.

On 19 May 2025, Communications Alliance submitted an updated draft TCP Code to the ACMA for consideration. A media release was issued on 20 May.

For transparency, including to allow submitters to understand how and why their comments have been managed in the way that they have, the following documents are available for review:

1. Updated TCP Code 2025, as submitted to the ACMA for consideration.

Note:

  • This is a draft Code, provided for visibility only. Further changes may be made and/or the Code may not be registered by the ACMA. The current 2019 Code will remain in effect until advised otherwise.
  • A ‘track changes’ copy of the same document, showing updates made since the public comment version, is available on request.

2. Comment log, public comments on the ‘public comment draft’. Submitters are encouraged to consider others’ comments to assist them understand responses made.
