Terms and Conditions of Use

The Authorised Company Representative completing the MPS Register Application agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

General

1. The person completing the Application is authorised to do so by the company.

2. The information provided is correct.

For the MPS Register

3. All information provided in the Registration will be stored on the Communications Alliance MPS Register and will be used by Authorised parties to contact all Registered Parties where required in relation to a specific Mobile Premium Service or Services.

4. The Communications Alliance MPS Register may be used by Authorised parties to contact Registered Parties for other activities related to Mobile Premium Services.

5. Where any details under Section 3.2 of the Mobile Premium Services Code (the Code) change, the Supplier must:

  1. complete a Registration including the updated details; and
  2. provide the Registration to Communications Alliance, within:
    1. if the change relates to the details provided pursuant to clause 4.1.1(c)(i) to (v), 1 month of that change; or
    2. if the change relates to the details provided pursuant to clause 4.1.1(c)(vi), 5 Business Days of that change.

For the 19 Service Finder

6. All information provided to the Aggregator will be stored in the 19 Service Finder Data Base and will be used to contact the Content Service Provider where required in relation to a specific short code and its content.

7. The 19 Service Finder Data Base may also be used by consumers to contact the Content Service Provider for other activities related to the specific short code and its content.

8. Where any details under Section 4.2 change, the Content Service Provider must update the list provided under Section 4.2 within 5 Business Days to include the new details.

Expenditure Management Information

9. The person providing the expenditure management information is authorised to do so by the company.

10. Where any information under Section 5.2 of the Code changes, the Carriage Service Provider must update the list provided under Section 5.2 of the Code within 5 Business Days to include the new information.
