Enhance Care Dialogue

Description
The ECD is designed to complement and build on existing consumer protections work by focussing on implementation and operationalisation, enabling members to learn from each other’s real-world experience. While it will focus on operational issues, it will also support our work to address regulatory barriers to supporting consumers in vulnerable situations, and the work of ICAG in policy and consumer regulation.

Objectives of the Dialogue include:

  1. Facilitate Knowledge Sharing: Encourage the exchange of ideas and best practices among participants.
  2. Identify Challenges: Address common industry problems and explore potential solutions.
  3. Promote Collaboration: Foster partnerships and networks to support mutual goals.
  4. Drive Innovation: Inspire innovative approaches to issues using co-design principles to test outcomes for consumer groups issues.
  5. Build Capacity: Foster continuous learning and development to assist in up-skilling members’ staff teams.
  6. Track Trends: Collate data and gather case studies to assist in identifying future priority work as well as help measuring impact of changing practices.
