C519:2004 End-to-End Network Performance for the STS
C519:2004 specifies minimum levels of performance for the end-to-end carriage of the Standard Telephone Service over public fixed telecommunications networks and public digital mobile telecommunications networks. It replaces C519:2002.
The Code was reconfirmed in 2009 and 2014 and the next review is scheduled to occur in 2019.
