“Carriage Service Provider” (CSP) has the same meaning as defined in the Telecommunications Act 1997.
"Content Service Provider” (CSP) has the same meaning as defined in the Telecommunications Act 1997, i.e. ‘if a person uses, or proposes to use, a listed carrier service to supply a content service to the public, the person is a ‘content service provider’
“Association” means an organisation or corporation whose membership includes a significant number of individuals or organisations.
“Organisation” means an organisation or corporation that is not a Carrier/Carriage Service Provider/Content Service Provider or Association.
“Individual” means a natural person not forming an organisation or representing an organisation.
