Requirements for Installation of Temporary Telecommunications Customer Cabling for Defence Purposes(DR S035:2008)

PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD CLOSES AT 5.00 P.M. ON MONDAY 14 JULY 2008

DR AS/ACIF S035:2008 proposes requirements for the installation of temporary cabling used for exercise, training or operational deployment for the Department of Defence (DoD), or overseas defence forces exercising with Australian DoD personnel. It provides a mechanism to allow the rapid deployment of temporary cabling while ensuring the safety of carrier network, staff and any contracted non-military personnel who may come in contact with temporary customer cabling.
