Eligible Party Identification (EPID) Codes

EPID List V255 081114 This list provides identification codes for each Eligible Party involved in electronic transactions associated with Preselection, Local Number Portability, Unconditioned Local Loop, Mobile Number Portability and Switchless Multibasket Billing Redirection.

How do I request the allocation of an EPID Code?

A summary of the process to apply for an EPID code is:

Step 1:   Download the Application Form via the hyperlink below.
Step 2:   Fill in the form.
       2a.   If you have any questions about which segments to tick in the section titled
                “Industry Segments of Expected Activity”, then contact your account representative.
       2b.   If you have any questions about the section titled “Preferred Code Allocation”,
               Contact Us.
Step 3:   Make sure the form is signed by an authorised person, then fax it to +612 9954 6136
               or email it to info@commsalliance.com.au.

Specifies the processes and procedures for the application for and the allocation of Eligible Party Identification Codes.

Revised to allow for the situation where all two or three character alpha code commencing with the first letter of the organisation’s name have been allocated.
