Revised to be a stand alone document and to accommodate the new provisions of ACIF C515:2005 Pre-selection Industry Code. Defines the operational arrangements for the implementation of pre-selection processes between carriers and CSPs described in the ACIF C515:2005 Pre-selection Industry Code.

There was a limited revision of the Guideline in 2005 to modify clauses affected by changes to fair trading legislation in New South Wales and Victoria.
