ACIF G578 describes the joint network testing to be conducted by Carriers and Carriage Service Providers for mobile number portability for SMS. This is separate to and in addition to any internal testing conducted by any CSP.

Note: The Guideline was reconfirmed in 2006 and the next review is scheduled to occur in August 2011.
