ACIF C513:2004 Customer and Network Fault Management
ACIF C513_2004 (.pdf, 484KB) The ACIF C513:2004 Customer and Network Fault Management Industry Code specifies the minimum operational requirements of Carriers and Carriage Service Providers to manage Customer and Network faults across telecommunication networks. It includes the principles and processes to be followed to record, track and resolve Customer and/or Network Faults. The Code was first published in October 1998 and following another revision, second published in December 1999. The Industry Code has now been further revised to include Customer and Network Fault Management for Local Number Portability, Mobile Number Portability, Freephone and Local Rate Service and to meet ACA registration requirements.
The Fourth Edition (ACIF C513:2004) was published to clarify the position of a Reseller in the Code (see the Explanatory Statement for further information)
ACIF C513:2004 Customer and Network Fault Management Industry Code also replaces ACIF G576:2001 Mobile Number Portability Fault Management Industry Guideline. |
