Code Compliance Manual

Communications Alliance has released a Compliance Manual which has been developed exclusively for members and contains a special chapter for VoIP providers. The manual is designed to assist members with their Code compliance activities and is targeted particularly at companies that are new to the regulatory environment and have yet to understand their obligations.
