Communications Alliance has published a new version of the LNP Code. The revised Code improves processes for third party porting of telephone numbers on unconditioned local loops. In particular, this revision allows ULL call diversion and Cat. D Porting of telephone numbers where the access provider is not the Donor Carrier/CSP but is the Losing Carrier/CSP. A copy of the Code can be downloaded from www.commsalliance.com.au/documents/codes/C540.
