Communications Alliance hosts an ACCC industry briefing Friday 1st June 2007 - Sydney

Important opportunity to have a voice!
The ACCC is currently conducting 2 inquiries in respect of the following papers:
- Fixed Services Review: A second position paper (submissions due 30 June);
- ULLS: An ACCC Discussion Paper examining possible variation of the service declaration for the unconditioned local loop service (submissions due 15 June).
Communications Alliance will host an industry briefing on the 1st June 2007 where the ACCC will present key aspects of the inquiries and industry will have the opportunity for initial questions and comments.

Communications Alliance provides opportunity for input to inquiry Communications Alliance is aware that there are differing perspectives on these issues and that many industry participants will be lodging their own submissions. Communications Alliance will assist participants who do not intend to lodge individual submissions but would like their views to be conveyed to the inquiries by acting as a conduit for comments. A single document collating all such views will be prepared and submitted to the inquiries. This document will be a collation of views and will not purport to be the position of Communications Alliance.
