Financial Hardship Policy Workshop - 30 November 2005ACIF held a Financial Hardship Policy Workshop to assist industry members in understanding and meeting their obligations. The Workshop will begin with an overview of requirements on service providers, under the revised ACIF C541:2005 Credit Management Industry Code. This will be followed by a brief review on the steps to be taken by an organisation in the development of a policy.
